1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tk baazi platform and all its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement, and by accessing this site you are automatically considered to have accepted them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

tk baazi is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming options for Bangladeshi users. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always apply.

1.1 Definitions

• The name, mobile number, email address and other personal information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Accounts may not be created on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• The email address or mobile number provided must belong to the user and must be accessible to them.
• A strong password must be chosen at registration, and the responsibility for keeping it confidential rests entirely with the user.
• If any account details change, our support team must be informed immediately.

2.2 Account Security

Any unauthorised access to a user's account must be reported to our support team immediately. If a user shares their password with anyone else, full responsibility for all activity carried out on that account will rest with that user.

3Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All gaming and betting activities on tk baazi are open only to persons aged 21 or above. Use of the platform by anyone below this age is strictly prohibited. We may request a government-issued identity document (National ID or passport) for age verification at any time.

3.1 KYC Process

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, tk baazi may request the following documents:

• Clear photographs or scanned copies of both sides of the National ID card.
• A photograph of the first page of a passport (as an alternative).
• A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Payments on tk baazi are handled entirely through Bangladeshi payment methods. We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for all methods).
• Deposits are accepted only from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.
• Depositing using a third party's account or card is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5Bonuses and Promotions

tk baazi offers various bonuses and promotions that can be claimed under specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, and funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, and a new bonus cannot be activated while an active bonus is already on the account.
• A bonus is not cash; it is a conditional benefit that only becomes withdrawable funds once the wagering requirements have been completed.
• Winnings from a bonus are not received "free of charge"; they are subject to the fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• Each promotion has its own validity period, and any unused bonus will be cancelled after that period expires.
• tk baazi reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload bonuses, cricket bonuses, birthday rewards and referral bonuses — separate terms apply to each. These terms are detailed on the relevant promotion page and apply alongside these general terms.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

Each game and betting section on tk baazi has its own rules. The general rules are set out below; for specific sections, the guidelines on the relevant page must be followed.

6.1 Sports Betting

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded; however, for multi-bets, the cancelled selection will be calculated at odds of 1.00.
• Once a bet has been successfully accepted, there is no option to cancel it.
• If incorrect odds are displayed in live betting due to a technical error, tk baazi reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Any bet identified as being related to an attempt to manipulate the outcome by a player or team will be considered void.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games operate using third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result stored on the server will be considered final.
• In the event of a technical error in a game, all bets for that round will be cancelled and stakes returned.

6.3 VIP Membership

To enjoy the benefits of the Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers of the VIP programme, the relevant level of activity must be maintained. VIP status may be reviewed after prolonged inactivity. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis based on net losses.

7Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the tk baazi platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using another person's identity.
• Following deliberate betting patterns with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform for personal gain.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures or carrying out hacking activities.

8Account Suspension and Termination

tk baazi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. However, such action is not taken without valid grounds.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Participation in prohibited activities (Section 7).

8.2 User's Right to Close Their Own Account

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any valid withdrawable funds in the account at the time of the request will be returned subject to the applicable terms being met.

9Privacy and Data Protection
